Who are Home Managers?

Home managers come from all walks of life - relocating professionals, people building a home, those saving to buy a home, lawyers, teachers, doctors, pastors, etc... They are flexible, friendly people with nice furnishings who want to save money on housing while enjoying a nice lifestyle.  They are selected based on their furnishings compatability with the houses available in our inventory.  While living in the home they allow Realtors to show the property and then when the home sells, they move to another assignment. 

Generally our fees reflect a 2/3 to 3/4 reduction in normal monthly housing costs in the Greater Tulsa area.  Our home managers often view their assigned home as a part-time job, earning a life-style with their flexibility and housekeeping skills.  Many of our home managers have been with us several years now, enjoying the variety in housing and the affordable life-style.
