We utilize individuals and families to occupy and care for vacant properties that are on the market.  They pay all utilities, assist with lawn and pool care, and keep the home clean and "Showtime" ready 12 hours a day.  The owner is saved hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, in care, upkeep and utilities during the marketing cycle.  Home managers are placed in properties that they can properly furnish and decorate and give that "model home" atmosphere.  At closing, the home is left clean and ready for the new owner to take occupancy.  The cost is absolutely free to the home owner and the Realtor.  Showtime Properties receives a small monthly fee from the home manager.
